Sean P. Whalen is a writer of historical fiction and conspiracy thrillers, crafting stories that blend a love of history, an eye for suspense, and a passion for exploring the complexities of human nature.

 

​Born and raised in suburban Washington, DC, Whalen's catholic school experience and a fascination with the religion led him to study history and philosophy. His fascination was further fueled through his travels in the Middle East, North America, and Israel, exploring ancient sites and emerging himself in different cultures. Whalen resided in Algeria for 3 years as the national team basketball coach.

When he's not writing, Whalen enjoys coaching basketball, reading all genres, and spending time with his wife, Jodi, and their dog, Mugsy. ​
